Where is my package?
After placing an order, it takes an average of 1-2 business days to process your order and 4-6 business days for your order to be delivered, provided you ordered before 5:00 PM. If this time has passed, please contact our customer service.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Please check your spam folder as our emails sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for the tracking link to become active.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
